CHEF coaching continues to be a vital part of culinary medicine research. Our research studies the best ways to improve the nutrition and overall health of individuals and communities, and it is focused on the culinary coaching (CC) telemedicine program.

A bi-center randomized controlled trial that evaluated the one-year impact of the culinary coaching telemedicine program on nutrition, weight, and other health outcomes of adults who are overweight or obese.
