CHEF Coaching Cooking Tips

  • When you juice a lemon, but only need a spoonful of the juice, freeze the rest of the juice into ice-cube trays for future recipes. One cube = two tbsp.
  • Before cutting or chopping citrus fruits, use a micro plane and zest the peel. Flavorful citrus zest can be frozen and used in small amounts when you need it.
